Yarra Bay Bicentennial Park, Phillip Bay NSW

This project involves refurbishment of old amenities building located in Yarra Bay Bicentennial Park. While retaining most of the existing façade, the new refurbished building provides a brighter, more attractive space and a new architectural roof line allows additional natural light and ventilation for the building.

The new building includes:

• New female and male toilets
• New ambulant and accessible toilets
• New showers
• Baby change facilities
• Council facilities
• La Perouse Aboriginal Land Council for their operational and storage facilities
• Improved stormwater harvesting treatment plant
