As part of overall façade upgrade, SDL was engaged to undertake to make good works to all internal openings after installation of the new façade. Some of the unique challenges overcome by SDL included:

• Dealing with over 40 Unit Owners in accessing and undertaking works while they are being occupied
• Field engineering and material management as there were over 300 windows and doors with different sizes and shapes of opening requiring make good
• Coordination and communication with other associated trades onsite
