This architectural designed duplex was constructed by SDL with all internal finishes separated into two; one side being investment lot and the other side for owner-occupied lot. Some of the unique challenges included:

Removal of asbestos and contaminated materials from site
Construction of concrete encasement for a new sewer line as part of Subdivision works
Design and installation of two sets of internal finishes for each unit


