SDL was engaged by John Holland to manage and program the structural steel package totalling around 1000 tonnes.

Scope of works includes field engineering and planning to ensure optimum construction sequencing with other trades. SDL managed quality requirements and devising the production program with external suppliers to ensure the site program and milestones were met.

Any slippages to program were actively managed by SDL to ensure overall delivery program was maintained.

SDL provided coverage on both onsite and offsite at the various supplier facilities to ensure the offsite fabrication, delivery and onsite installation processes was fully coordinated and any potential issues were proactively managed.
