Dellwood Park, South Granville NSW

This project involves installation of a fully automatic toilet facility at Dellwood Park located in South Granville NSW. The site is located at a busy intersection along the corridor of public transport buses and commercial precinct with variety of shops.

The scope of works includes demolition of existing footpath and road pavement, certification of geotechnical requirement, construction of new footings, installation of all services associated with connecting the automatic toilet and associated landscape works including a new paved footpath, streetlights and street furniture.

Some of the unique challenges of this project included:

• Traffic management of busy laneway and excavating of roadway while maintaining continual access for essential medical deliveries and services to adjacent Medical Centre
• Stakeholder management involving surrounding commercial premises and general public
• Logistic planning and commissioning of a fully Automatic toilet
